Paul Kroeger

Paul Kroeger graduated summa cum laude from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a Bachelor of Music degree in voice performance in 2013. He then completed a Master of Music degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 2015.

Paul sang opera throughout Germany from 2015 to 2021, holding soloist positions at the Thueringer Opera Studio, Landestheater Coburg, and the Mecklenburg State Theater, in addition to guest positions and concerts throughout the country.

Working abroad in different languages on international teams piqued Paul’s interest in international affairs and precipitated a return to Texas for a Master of International Affairs from the Bush School of Government and Public Service at Texas A&M University. While at the Bush School, Paul focused on NATO and Eastern European defense policy. He studied terrorism in Israel, attended the 2022 Aspen Security Forum, and traveled to Latvia for a policy paper on Baltic security that was later presented to the House Baltic Caucus. He was also a U.S. Delegate for the 2023 Transatlantic Youth Summit in Washington, D.C.

Paul began working part-time for the Conflict and Development Foundation in the summer of 2022, managing a donation of demining equipment to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Upon graduation in 2023, Paul joined the team full-time and moved to Ukraine to support CDF development programs.
