Gracie Rosenbach
Gracie Rosenbach is the Great Lakes Regional Director for the Conflict and Development Foundation. Based in Kigali, she oversees development grants in the region, primarily focused on food security, infrastructure development, and conflict mitigation.
Previously, she was the Rwanda Country Program Manager at the International Food Policy Research Institute (IFPRI). In that role, she managed the IFPRI Rwanda Strategy Support Program, which partners with the Government of Rwanda to support their vision for accelerating agricultural transformation and rural development.
Prior to living in Kigali, she was based in Washington, D.C. with IFPRI working on research and policy analysis primarily in Papua New Guinea and the Rohingya refugee camps in Bangladesh. Gracie was a Princeton in Africa Fellow at Olam International in Kampala, working on corporate responsibility and sustainability with coffee, cocoa, cotton, and sesame farmers across East Africa.
Prior to her fellowship, she held roles with the USAID Africa Bureau and various implementing partners. She holds a Master of Public Policy and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
